CANCELLATION POLICY

    At Jhatpat™, operated by YoungSky Global Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide a seamless transport booking experience. To ensure smooth operations for both passengers and agents, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

    Agent Cancellation Limits

    • Agents are allowed up to 3 cancellations per day.
    • If cancellations exceed 9 in a month, the agent's profile will be blacklisted by the company, restricting future bookings.

    This policy is designed to maintain service reliability and prevent unnecessary disruptions in transport operations.

    Passenger Cancellation Policy

    • Passengers can cancel a booking within 2 minutes of confirmation without penalty.
    • If cancellation occurs after 2 minutes, a ₹40 penalty will be applied to the next booking.

    We encourage users to carefully plan their bookings to avoid penalties and ensure a smooth ride experience for all.
